Procedure for manifesting.  (Compiled from several New Thought teachings and various religious texts.)

  1. Recognize Oneness.  For example, place into your awareness the thought that the universe, as the body of God, is alive, intelligent and benevolent, and that there is only God.  Recognize that the universe will set in motion a powerful and obedient robot (i.e., the creative process) to perform as you direct.
  2. Recognize that all things, including ourselves, are connected together and thus interdependent in that oneness.  There is no separation in God, so the only evil is ignorance of Oneness, and willful acts and behaviors that follow from that ignorance.
  3. Envision what you want to experience, and believe it will manifest.  The least risk in manifesting is introduced by asking simply for "the right things, in the right way, at the right time" to satisfy your recognized need and what you desire to experience in life.    (It's like the "requirements definition" process in managing information technology - someone needing an information technology capability shouldn't ask for the what they need (i.e., specific technologies or services), but shound instead ask for what they want to be able to do or experience, and then let the IT staff determine the best way to fill the need for your given situation.)  Also, don't mix multiple needs into one vision - be focused, not broad, in your declarations.  Asking for specifics can set up unpredictable repurcussions (e.g., karma, getting what you ask for rather than what you need, etc.), as can being too broad in your visioning.
  4. After envisioning and commitment to belief that it will manifest, release it from your concern and don't worry or wonder about it.  You've sent a powerful and resourceful robot (i.e., the universe's creative capacity) to do your bidding, which it executes to your specification, so specify rightly for the right things.  Don't distract it or weaken your original vision by having second thoughts (i.e., modifications) or doubts.
  5. After releasing the robot to do your bidding, thank Oneness in advance for the robot's successful performance.  All subsequent thoughts on the subjects should only contain thanks to Oneness for the coming provision from its infinite, omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent source.
