1. Per our previous conversation, request you provide the following data to this office each time you received updated source data from your DBMS source. This data will be used for reference purposes in support of our missions and functions. We require the data in Paradox 3.5 or higher format, in two tables described below.

4. I will merge these two files together, resulting in a combined military/civilian table. If you can do this merging, I'll accept the single merged table instead of the two described above.
3. This office is responsible for DISO improvement efforts in the areas of worker diversity, culture, teamwork, and process informing/involving/coordination/collaboration (empowerment), among other things. As such, we do require the ethnic and gender identifiers, as well as their education, specialty, and allocated grade and supervisory status. We on occasion provide consulting services to DISA elements outside DISO, thus requiring all DISA records, as described above. For example, I a currently prototyping a Quality Improvement MIS for the DISA V21/TQM office, who are responding to a tasking from LTG Short for this MIS.
