This document illustrates an integrated multidisciplinary approach to enterprise engineering and improvement, going beyond the concepts of reengineering, redesign, and prototyping.
My intent is to aid all enterprises in continuously improving their human and business quality. Through this operational approach, I offer to help each enterprise to inform/appraise/notify/acquaint itself with itself and its environment.
This particular approach involves the integrated change of the enterprise's human and business components. It does this from a perspective of continuous quality improvement (CQI), by applying a specific technique I call general enterprise modeling (GEM).
