Comments: Today I became aware of ADSE, so I thought you might have use for my work relevant to this area.
I'm currently providing Enterprise/System/Software Architecture and Engineering Support to the DoD GCCS Engineers. Prior to that I was providing Technical Management Support to the DISA Center for Integration, and Analysis support for the JOPES 2000 Reengineering effort.
When supporting CFI, I refined and demonstrated a strategic management approach (registered as a pre-existing invention when I joined SAIC) that combined metadirectory-based security and administration, ISSAM, business intelligence (decision support), strategic management, C2, and operations management. (See my concepts and designs at /rer/owis/publications.htm. Although the material on my site is copyrighted, here is no cost to use the concepts and designs on my web site, other than informing me of their use.)
During the JOPES effort, I recommended that JOPES be supported in the Pentagon's Joint Service Support Center (JSSC) through the same ISSAM approach. The concept can be seen at /rer/owis/ldap-ca.htm.
I've also now written a point paper at the request of the DII COE Systems Engineering Working Group (SEWG) on the use of LDAP (directories and metadirectories) for ISSAM, to include integration with the DII COE Version 4.0 Common Data Store and Accounts/Profile Manager application. I can provide a copy of that to you if you'd like.
I'd also like to work more actively in the ADSE arena, since this field is the primary reason I was interested in coming to SAIC.
