About Roy.

I was born and raised in Arkansas.  I am married and have an adult daughter from a previous marriage.  I have always been highly creative, inventive, innovative, integrative, and intuitive.  I have always worked from an expansive perspective, often challenging the perceptual boundaries and the status quo of those around me.

My interests are panentheistic (i.e., all-in-god or oneness) cosmology, connection ontology, management science, information science, collaborative technology, socio-technical integration and anthropology, context management and methodologies (request access from roy(AT)one-world-is.org), knowledge mapping, and body-mind-environment awareness and expression.  My personal goal is complete realization and expression of oneness before, during, and after the end of my current somatic form.

My favorite re-creation activities are singing, dancing, walking, biking, hiking, somatic sensing and healing, deep-thinking, verbal and pictorial exploration of ideas, communicating ideas, facilitation of learning, listening to instrumental music, reading, researching and analyzing complex subjects, consciously and subconsciously resolving complexity, general semantics, epistemology, and browsing libraries, bookstores, and the Internet.

My education is mostly in physical, social and system sciences, yet I've sought to gain understanding across a broad range of subjects.  I've earned a 1975 B.A. in physics from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas and a 1985 M.S. in Systems Management, with a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from the University of Southern California while stationed in Germany with the U.S. military.  I also received professional certification (Certified Systems Professional) in 1985. My educational goal focuses on the application of technology, principally informational and collaborative technology, to social needs, to effect increases in our species' realization of its potential.   I began the curriculum for a Ph.D. in Business Administration in late 1999.
